During their Plateau residency, Caroline Daish and Jason Sweeney from Australian collective Unreasonable Adults will be creating a series of explicit confessional texts, micro-films, blog entries and sonic responses that expose the artists’ failures at intimacies, confronting moments of fear, sacrifice, desire and pain – constructed or otherwise. They will also work remotely with writer, Fiona Sprott, and live artist, Kerrin Rowlands, who will send text provocations from Australia for Caroline and Jason to work with.

Julie Vulcan will also be continuing research into Canticle/Anthem in October 2009 as part of a residency at Bundanon Artist Trust in Australia.

At the end of each residency Unreasonable Adults will present in-progress live ‘reports’/screenings, where some dangerous admissions will emerge and the line between private versus public information will be crossed…
